Design Chat is available Monday through Friday from 9am-3pm CST. Any texts received after hours will be answered the next day. During the sign up process, you’ll have the option to select a start day. Selected day may not be guaranteed and will be confirmed by April. You will receive a confirmation text within two hours during business hours, or the next day if after hours.
Design Chat is a consultation service only and all recommendations are regarded as suggestions to improve the look of your space and not intended for construction purposes.
Due to the nature of Design Chat, space planning or design boards will not be able to be created.
